Goodbye to a Friend of St. Michael's

We are grieved and saddened by the loss of Al Petrie who passed away April 7th with his family by his side.  He was married to Audrey, his beloved wife of 69 years.

Al was an amazing man who contributed so much to making the Bow Valley a better place.  He and Audrey were both involved in community events, church activities, amateur athletics and provincial politics.  

Al is survived by his wife and best friend Audrey and three children, Patricia (Tom), Leanne (Wayne), and Allan (Shannon).

Funeral services will not be held at this time.  Audrey and the family ask that in lieu of flowers, please donate your time to those in need, or to the causes that make our community such an incredible place to live, or to the Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD) Foundation of Canada.
